Since you have advanced critique encouraged setting, I will throw in one critique, but you might have intended it to be a certain way so I hope you don't take offense!
Right now the focus is on her nose, with everything else slightly out of focus. This draws you right to her..nose.
I think this is a great shot, and could only be made greater if the focus was on her eyes, then it would be very captivating.
